Class Descriptions:

POWER YOGA (Level 2-3): Power yoga is an invigorating, dynamic, and energetic style of yoga that incorporates series of postures geared towards strengthening and conditioning the body as a whole. You’ll explore new postures and create mobility while moving with your breath in this cleansing flow. It is strongly recommended you have an established yoga practice when joining this class.

CREATIVE FLOW ( (Level1-2): A progressive style class that incorporates alignment and flow to explore modern and traditional postures. Each class is typically themed to build toward a more complex pose or work deeper into an area of the body. Modifications are offered to accommodate various levels of experience and find the balance of effort and ease.

YIN - (All levels) Yin Yoga holds a special place in Dyno’s family’s heart. This class is a completely passive, ooey-gooey practice that’ll create flexibility and stability in your body by passively targeting your supporting connective tissue and musculature. You’ll walk away feeling at ease and renewed. With lots of options in class, all levels are welcome!

SUNRISE FLOW - (Level 1-2) This Flow class is our Saturday Morning, just got out of bed, first cup of coffee (or tea) kind of flow. You’ll move through a series of postures to wake the body up, then a series to build warmth, engage the muscles and create space. This practice is geared towards getting going for the day and is the perfect pre-brunch wake up call for your morning. Lots of variations are offered making this a great practice for a newbie, as well as a seasoned  yogi wanting to start their weekend off refreshed.
